Giuseppe Ippedico
I am a Postdoctoral Scholar at the Global Migration Center at the University of California, Davis, where I obtained my Ph.D. in Economics in June 2022.
I will be joining the University of Nottingham as an Assistant Professor in the School of Economics from the 2023/24 academic year.
I am also a Research Affiliate at IZA since April 2023.
My research is at the intersection between labor and public economics and broadly focuses on high-skilled migration, the effects of migrations on local economies, and on how tax incentives influence migration decisions.
